About Me

I am a PostDoctoral Researcher at MICS (Mathématiques et Informatique pour la Complexité et les Systѐmes) Laboratory in CentraleSupélec, Université Paris-Saclay. I currently work under the supervision of Maria Vakalopoulou. My research focuses on medical imaging applications with deep learning.

I have previously completed my PhD studies in the Remote Sensing Laboratory of the National Technical University of Athens under the supervision of Konstantinos Karantzalos and Maria Vakalopoulou. During this time, I was also associated to the MICS Laboratory in CentraleSupélec, Université Paris-Saclay. My thesis investigated the topics of image registration, semantic segmentation and change detection using satellite images.

My main areas of research are computer vision, deep learning and machine learning applied to a variety of applications like remote sensing and medical imaging.
